How long will it take to receive my order?
Because international orders require additional processing, they make take longer to ship than domestic orders.
We understand that you want your purchase, and we want to get your order to you quickly.
We work very hard to be prompt and accurate. The actual receipt time for international orders will
vary according to distance traveled and your country's customs process.
Duties Taxes & shipping costs
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and the destination country. During the checkout process,
after you enter your shipping information and before you enter your credit card payment information, you will be
presented with your shipping options. Choose the shipping option you prefer and the cost will be added to your order. In some cases the shipping cost may be inaccurate. In those cases we will email you prior to processing and shipping your order to notify you of the actual shipping charge.
International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs
office for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package
arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If you or your country's
customs rejects your shipment, or your package is deemed as undeliverable by the shipping company for any reason,
we will refund you for the refused items; however, you are responsible for your shipping charges plus any other
fees that may apply. If additional fees do apply, they will be taken out of your refund. If you feel the error is
due to a mistake on the part of the shipping company, you will have to contact them directly about getting your fees refunded.
