These liposomes help deliver ingredients providing relief without skin irritation

ACLis Uses:

Generally, you should apply ALCiS Daily relief like you would apply a hand cream or sun tan lotion – a generous enough amount to cover the areas in which you suffer pain.

Do not apply to any open wounds, and avoid getting it in your eyes. Unlike some other pain relief creams, however, you won’t need to remember to wash you hands after you apply it.

Arthritis Pain:
ALCiS is a great first line of defense for minor pain associated with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Just apply a generous amount of ALCiS Daily Relief, (about the size of a quarter, in the case of hand pain) directly to and around the affected area. Repeat as necessary.

Joint Pain / Discomfort:
ALCiS is an ideal first line of defense against many kinds of joint pain and joint discomfort. Apply a generous amount of ALCiS Daily Relief (about the size of a quarter, in the case of knee or elbow pain) directly to and around the joint. Repeat as necessary.

Muscle Pain / Discomfort:
For muscle pain, apply a generous amount of ALCiS Daily Relief (about the size of a quarter) to the entire muscle affected. If you have pain in a larger muscle area, e.g. thigh or back, you should use a bit more (about the size of a half dollar). Apply ALCiS liberally to the affected and surrounding areas. For muscle pain, it may sometimes be necessary to apply ALCiS several times to achieve the desired level of relief.

Muscle Tension and Stiffness:
ALCiS can be used for muscle tension anywhere in the body. For muscles that are tight and stiff, simply massage a generous amount of ALCiS (about the size of a quarter) on the area that is tight and stiff. Sit back and relax, you can feel relief shortly after application.

Back Pain / Low Back Pain:
For simple back pain, apply a generous amount of ALCiS (about the size of a quarter or half dollar, depending on area of pain) to the affected and surrounding areas. Repeat as necessary, up to 3-4 times a day, until the desired level of relief is achieved. To help prevent those back aches you get as part of everyday living, make ALCiS Daily Relief part of your daily regimen – use ALCiS in the mornings, afternoons or in the evenings as preventative maintenance.

Neck / Shoulder Pain:
For Neck and Shoulder Pain, apply a generous amount of ALCiS (about the size of a quarter) to each side of your neck and shoulder blades. Repeat up to 3 to 4 times a day depending on degree of tightness or stiffness. To reduce the occurrence of neck and shoulder pain, make ALCiS Daily Relief part of your daily regimen.

Foot Pain / Discomfort :
ALCiS is ideal any time of day to give your feet the relief they need. For foot pain any time, or at the end of the day to give relief to tired and achy feet, apply a generous amount of ALCiS (about the size of a quarter) to each foot. Make ALCiS Daily Relief part of your daily regimen -- before a long day on your feet, apply ALCiS in the morning. Before and After Activity:
For maximum relief, use ALCiS Daily Relief both before and following your activities to help reduce body aches and pains associated with exercise and possible overexertion. Before your activity, apply a generous amount of ALCiS to the areas where you normally experience tightness and stiffness during or after your activity. Then, after the activity, apply another generous amount of ALCiS to the areas that feel tight, stiff and achy.
