Scott Plasma LTD
The Plasma LTD is easily one of the lightest complete triathlon bikes right out of the box. Weighing in at 15.31 lbs. for a Medium complete bike, the Plasma LTD is ready to race. Fast. Not only is the Plasma possibly the lightest production bike on the market, but it boasts some very impressive wind-tunnel-tested aerodynamic features.
The integrated seattube design on the Plasma allows Scott to present a sub-1,000g frame while still retaining the stiffness and slippery aerodynamics that a triathlete requires.
The True Aero carbon tubing is designed to reduce the amount of turbulence created by the frame underneath the rider. In order to create the unique shapes on the Plasma, over 42 hours of hand craftsmanship goes into each bike!
