TYR Catalyst Swim Paddle

The TYR Catalyst Paddle was designed to improves all swim strokes while minimizing the risk of injury. The pointed front tip allows the paddle to cut through the waves as your arm enters the water. The holes are scientifically placed in the paddles to provide balanced resistance. Sizes XXS(0), XS(1), S(2), M(3), L(4), XL(5).

Size	Recommended-Use*
XXS-(0)	Beginning-swimmers.
XS-(1)	Beginning swimmers or young age groupers (8-12-years).
S-(2)	Older age groupers (12+years), beginning masters.
M-(3)	Older high school males, Sr. National females, triathletes,mid-level masters.
L-(4)	Strong collegieate swimmers, Sr. National males, advanced triathletes, water-aerobics
XL-(5)	Very strong swimmers, water aerobics
