Indoor Cycling Shoes

There are many options for indoor (or spin) cycling shoes available.  There are 3 main categories of cycling shoes:  Road, Triathlon, or Mountain.  There are also some designed specifically to look like gymn shoes that can be used for indoor cycling.    

Road:  More buckles, flat sole.  Cleat will touch floor directly when walking off the bike.  Great variety and price options available.

Triathlon:  More arid, typically meshed upper, to help dry wet feet.  Generally have a smooth inner for those who wish to ride barefeet as an option.  Less straps for quicker removal.  

Mountain:  Reccessed cleat to make walking off the bike easy.  Otherwise looks like a road shoe.
